Josie graduated from the University of Arkansas with a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, with an emphasis in Advertising and Public Relations.

She serves as Director of Client Engagement, where she leads marketing, workshop execution, client communication, and internal operations. She works closely with leadership to shape brand presence while ensuring projects run smoothly behind the scenes, from coordinating multi-city workshops to supporting business development and building scalable internal systems.

Josie creates thoughtful, strategic solutions that strengthen brand identity and elevate the client experience. She values the combination of creativity and disciplined execution, bringing both empathy and enthusiasm to every initiative she leads.

Outside of WNG, Josie serves in a leadership role at Fellowship Bible Church, where she mentors and counsels high school girls.
